When deleting a storage definition, its backup info files remain. Allow user to delete them.

Choose atbu creds delete-storage-def ... to delete a storage definition, observe the backup information remains. Allow user to optionally delete the backup information along with the storage definition.

Import storage definition using OAuth2 .json fails if OAuth2 .json located at different path on import device.

Steps:

1. Create GCS storage def for backup Linux with OAuth2 json located in ~/keys/my-service-acct-creds.json.
2. Perform a backup on Linux.
3. From the Linux device, export the storage def with atbu creds export. The result is an exported file referring to the ~/keys/my-service-acct-creds.json.
4. You want to use the same storage def on Windows, you go to Windows device, attempt to recover the configuration with "atbu recover <linux_export_file>" but it fails with "No such file or directory" because /home//keys/my-service-acct-creds.json is not found.

On import, atbu needs to detect non-exist OAuth2 creds file, prompt user accordingly for new location on import device, or otherwise give a way to specify the OAuth2 json location.
