Prepare wsb config file for easier scoop debug with GUI.

1. Install scoop (new installer)

   1. Develop branch

2. Map whole bucket to desktop

3. Copy from desktop to $env:SCOOP\buckets

4. Create same config for master branch

Main template issues should be fixed in #1

• Verify against Template file
• Escape all path parameteres inside scripts
• Name
• All bins should accept Array of manifests

I was looking for a bucket with texlive instead of miktex and I came across your repo. It seems you removed the manifest some time ago, were there problems with the installation? It's surprisingly hard to find texlive on scoop despite it being one of the biggest latex distros, so I was wondering if it's particularly difficult to set up.

When installed through scoop, WindowsTerminal currently opens an empty window frame (no content in the window's body) when launched, and closes a second later.

The Windows Store version defaults to opening a Powershell tab.

If don't do this, when the DrFolder is updated, the current folder points to the new icons folder and the icon will be lost.

aida64bu doesn't have any hash mismatches when installing the app.

If I want to update chrome, do I want to use scoop's Ash258 repository or chrome itself? My chrome always fails to update.

When ScoopInstaller/Scoop#2766 is merged there is possible to use Github actions to make automatic action on issue creation.
