x86 汇编语言：从实模式到保护模式

“配书源码和工具”文件夹包含了本书第5、6、7、8、9、11、12、13、14、15、16和17章的完整源代码，可以用NASMIDE程序编译，然后写入虚拟硬盘，在VirtualBox和Bochs中运行并观察结果；

“相关教程”文件夹包含了VirtualBox和Bochs软件的下载、安装和配置教程，建议认真阅读，包括那些已经会使用这两款软件的人。原因是，要在本书中使用这两款软件，需要一些特别的配置过程；

“原稿第10章内容”文件夹包含的是原稿第10章，这一章在实体书中删掉了。这一章讲的是如何用汇编语言来控制老的Sound Blaster 16声卡播放声音。

2020年3月11日补充说明：

  1. 应部分网友请求，“配书源码和工具”文件夹里增加一个新的虚拟硬盘写入工具fixvhdw2.exe，代替原先的fixvhdwr.exe。
  2. 有部分读者对通过端口的硬盘读写感兴趣，为此在“相关教程”目录下添加一个AT设备数据包规范：AT_Attachment_with_Packet_Interface_-_7_Volume_1.pdf
  3. 在“相关教程“目录下添加了有关实时时钟的参考文档：Periodic Interrupts with the Real Time Clock
