Gmail prompt for labels when sending an email

Thanks for these scripts.

Can you suggest how to get Gmail to prompt to add labels when sending an email?

Also, can you suggest how to do a "meta label", that is a way to apply multiple labels in a single step. I've been thinking about creating an add-on for this, but haven't had the time to do it.
