Failing to insert into database

This wasn't encountered in my testing environment but after building the phar this error started occuring.

Filter logging and staff chat support

Invisible filtering is great but with it you're unable to tell what someone is saying when they're muted for it. To solve this filtered messages should be sent to a separate permission only chat. I also think it would be a good idea to implement a separate logging mechanism and optionally add support for Thunders staff chat plugin if it's detected by the plugin.

Add IP address filtering

Configurable like
IP infractions: 0 or greater, and 0 will disable filtering of IP addresses.
