I am not certain of this, but i feel like every time I make automated bots the controller goes crazy and starts getting stuck, messing with the lighting and speech bubbles and doors and stuff. I am not certain if its the only cause but it seems like it happens more often when they are around, and deleting them did seem to help.
Some characters have absolutely no access to maintenance tunnels (I have only tested scientist so far, but probably more), not inside or outside of their departments. So when a radiation storm comes in they are screwed as it cant be avoided.
The IAA office should get a fax machine, together with that they should probably have access to login to a fax machine.
They also still have the chance to get traitor, they should get an round start implant and the same safety that captain and hop get on that issue.
In the Code they spawn with a heads headset but ingame it is only the standard radio headset without the command channel.
When you upgrade an sleeper with better parts, more chemicals become aviable. But when actually trying to use them they are not injected (while the regular ones are)
Having paralax set to low, medium or high will result in the everything other than Space disappearing while wearing meson scanners. It also causes everything other than space to disappear when standing in certain parts of both the arrivals shuttle and departures shuttle. The top left 2 tiles of the arrivals shuttle and the bottom half of the departures shuttle.
According to tg's wiki, there is an item called the janicart, wich is sort of a scooter for the janitor. I have seen this item referenced and there are obtainable items in game that interact with it, but it cant be found anywhere on the station or ordered from cargo.

Some crewmembers (miners that I noted) spawn all over the ship, often in areas they dont have access too. (Most frecuent locations so far are the chapel, security and kitchen)
When any vote happens, be it crew transfer or roundstart, it defaults to the last option for everyone who did not vote (continue and secret respectively). Perhaps this is intentional but it feels weird.
Dont know if its intended or the access was not added, but the doors to the genetics lab (and no medbay door leading up to there) have no access for scientists.
If the gamemode cant start (not enough people readied up for example) the lobby doesnt go into another countdown or picks another mode, but stays as delayed forever until you restart.
