mixman-dm2's Issues

Calibration not working

I was able to get the drivers installed and the turntable works with your demo perfectly but the Dm2 software is not recognizing the device as connected so it wont calibrate. I receive a "Please plug the DM2 controller into a USB port on your PC." I reconnect the device which makes the Windows sounds for USB disconnect/connect. Device lights up but when I click "OK" I get the same message. Cancelling gives me a "The DM2 Controller is not calibrated. You must calibrate before running DM2"

Any idea how to skip or complete the calibration?

Mapping conflicts in Mixx

So I managed to come across a DM2 and decided to try my hand at making a mapping file for Mixx.

A thing I found out - Both the joystick and the crossfader share a mapping with the first two button on the right deck.

The joystick maps as 0/1 for the horizon and vertical, while the crossfader maps as 2.

Instead of starting at 3, the buttons starts over as 0, and I can't seem to find anyway to override this behavior. Also, another thing I noticed, Mixx counts by hexadecimal.

I'm trying to see if anyone over at Mixx can lend a hand, but I figured I would open an issue here just in case.

Uninstall Mixman DM2 Driver(s)

Hi. I was able to install the v1.1 release of your Mixman DM2 drivers using method 1 of your provided link. In other words, I was able to temporarily disable driver signature enforcement and then install. After that I could receive midi signals from a plugged in DM2.

The problem is that after I boot back into Windows without the driver signature enforcement disabled then none of my USB ports work for anything. My mouse won't work. My printer won't work. The DM2 won't work. Nothing.

All USB devices work again after I use the advanced menu to boot back into Windows with driver signature enforcement disable.

Is there a way to uninstall your driver(s) so that I don't have to continue to use the advanced boot menu?

I tried permanently disabling driver signature enforcement using the other methods mention at your provided link, but that didn't work.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Cannot install

I downloaded a .zip of this project into my Downloads folder. I right clicked on it and chose "unzip into folder". Once completed I turned on test mode, rebooted my pc, cleared all my secure boot keys, then restarted my pc. Once back into Windows 10 64 bit I right clicked on the Mixman_DM2.inf file, chose install, and clicked OK on the admin approval screen. I then got an error message saying "system cannot find the specified file." I can view it in Windows explorer, and can double click on it and see the contents inside. Can you give me an idea as to why it is giving me this error? Thank you for your time.
