Post the coordination process on the website

Create coordination request form

Once logged in, coordinators should be able to submit a request for coordination. The request should be logged, processed, and given a result. Results should then be recorded in the log.

The control with ID 'txtSearch_TextBoxWatermarkExtender' requires a ScriptManager on the page. The ScriptManager must appear before any controls that need it.

KG5GQA attempted to request a coordination, but it was never sent to anyone. Further, if you try to open the details of the request it throws an exception.
