Merge into MSR Neutronics Repo?

Can/should this be merged into arfc/msr-neutronics? This issue can be closed after:

• we decide via discussion whether this should be moved into msr-neutronics
• we move it into msr-neutronics (or, not, if that's what we decide).

Reference fuel compositions and moderator configurations at key points of TAP MSR life

Introduction: Changing fuel salt composition and neutron spectrum of the TAP MSR could have an impact on the reactor behavior and performance (such as load following capabilities) over the reactor lifetime. To facilitate such investigation, it would be useful to have the reference fuel compositions (ideally Serpent 2 compatible) and moderator configurations at key points of the TAP MSR's 23 year lifetime. These fuel compositions and moderator configurations could then be used to generate cross section data to be used in simulations involving Moltres.

The key moderator configuration indices of the TAP MSR are:

1. 1st moderator configuration (347 moderator rods per quarter core), representing the BOL configuration.
2. 5th moderator configuration, approximately representing 1/4 lifetime.
3. 8th moderator configuration, approximately representing 1/2 lifetime.
4. 11th moderator configuration, approximately representing 3/4 lifetime.
5. 15th moderator configuration, representing the last moderator configuration at EOL.

For the fuel composition, it would be useful to have the fuel compositions just before the first sparging and just after the first sparging to enable the study of the effects of fission gas accumulation and removal. This would result in 2 fuel salt compositions per moderator configuration.

Control rod worth optimization

Control rods worth is not enough to control the reactor.
CRW of all 25 rods is ~800pcm.
It should be much larger. Gd hollow cylinder must be increased.

Make TAP thermal

The TAP reactor needs to be reconfigured such that it is a thermal spectrum. Additional moderator rods will be added to the core and enrichment will be decreased in order to compensate the added reactivity.

Control rods are too short

Control rods length in this model is 2m while the core height is 3m.
Would be nice to change it and have fully inserted rod when z=0cm and fully withdrawn when z=300cm.

Clean Up Repo

The current structure of this repo needs to be cleaned. The version format of the files can be deleted and version v1-4 can be moved to the main folder
