@munkm pointed out the difference between the license referenced in the title.tex file and the LICENSE file in the repository which might confuse future users--which is not the goal!

This issue can be closed when line 37 in title.tex is updated to reflect the actual license that the repo uses.

This issue can be closed with a review and PR that:

• check that the repository, when cloned, can easily build a report-style titlepage
• confirm that this repository is complete with no files missing
• makes sure this repository has a license, makefile, etc.
• adds a README with instructions for use of this repo (including how to name and archive reports)
• cleans up any errors in the titlepage etc. with respect to typical report styling.

Using this template (as a template) create a repository to hold a fountain reactor literature review.
Perhaps call this repository 2021-panczyk-fountain ?
This can be closed when a new repo is open that satisfies this need.
