Separate template files from built files

Currently this project doesn't have a clear distinction between what is a "template" (to be copied) and what is a built file, like setup.js. We should have a directory that contains the templates and a directory that contains the built files. These could be called build and templates or something similar.

Add a README

I've started on a README in the #1 PR. I'd like to see this fleshed out further to fully explain:

  • What is this project? and is it useful to others?
  • How does one contribute?
  • Build badges / NPM badges / etc.
  • Examples of how to create your own styleguide and maintain it
