Support .NET Core 3

Right now the project only works with .NET Core 2.2.
It would be nice to add support for 3.0 and 2.1 (as it is LTS).

I can send a PR if it's ok with you.

Add ASPNETCore.gitignore

In http://gitignore.io/ site, there is ASPNETCore template. Can you add this to your tool?

If you are not used to typing dotnet I recommend adding this tool to git

#!/bin/sh
dotnet ignore $@

by pasting this script in your path folder with name git-ignore will add up a git command and that tool can be used with git syntax. like git ignore list

Support merging multiple files

It would be great if this tool supported merging multiple .gitignore files. For example, I'm working on a project using VSCode and node.js. At gitignore.io, I can do https://gitignore.io/api/node,code to get a merged file with the correct ignores for VSCode and node.
