arableintro's Introduction

Arable Introduction

Arable is the first decentralized synthetic farming protocol to bring multiple chains' assets and yield farms on a single chain. Users are not needed to cross the bridge for higher APY yield farms but just use a single interface and single chain to farm all chain's assets. Users can farm Cosmos, Polkadot, Solana ecosystem, Polygon, AVAX and all the other chains' assets on Avalanche network with Arable.

The collateral providers (aka. minters) are counterparties of the farming and swap operations.

Protocol's goal is to provide optimized on-chain UX for yield farmers.

arableintro's Issues

Currently we a building a new defi conpent - synthetic farming

Currently, we are building a new DeFi concept - synthetic farming.
The reason we do this concept is that people feel inconvenient using bridges for accessing other network farms. And also by providing synthetic farming and trading interface, we reduce slippage and fees while setting up farms and it is desired to let the internal funds to be utilized more. The assets mint and swap process is same as synthetix in concept and there's a new concept of generalized synthetic farming pools that lock synthetic assets to produce rewards in synths that is connected to oracles for reward rates. We believe that this could provide more secure environment for yield farmers as they could get out of risk for malformed farming contracts and also the project is desiring to provide best on-chain and off-chain UX for yield farmers. But there could be some sort of risks for minters and I would like to discuss potential vulnerabilities and c-ratio model.
I would like to hear any of your thoughts on this model before launching MVP on testnet. (It will be ready in 1-2 weeks pretty soon).
The project concept documents can be found here.
