Added a message to the parent that the sign up date has passed. This will make it easier for admins to know what to adjust.

Instead of entering a date, let the admin pick a session from the current conference.

Parents are scheduled for sessions that have passed. The sign up deadline is preventing the admins from changing the session.

I am setting up an api endpoint for James Hayes to provide parent orientation data. He is requesting to add relationship(mother,father,etc) and optional fields for work information(employer and job title).

Logging in as visitor, the change session option is not appearing. This was on a session that had passed. If this was the reason, put a message up explaining the problem.

Parents are confused by log in. The create an account information needs to be higher.

Case insensitive visitor emails

Hilarious users who do this cause it to mess up reporting.

Bug: empty email addresses are getting created

Somehow parents are making visitor accounts without an email account. Visitors should not be saved without an email address.

If the registered tries to add themselves as a guest, put up a warning.

If a parent misses their student's orientation, there needs to be an option to secure a later orientation. While you can lock students into a date, it is cumbersome.
