Fix Pylint recomendations on tests

As of now, tests are rated at Your code has been rated at 5.21/10 (previous run: 5.21/10, +0.00) by Pylint.

To improve the code quality it would be nice to improve the pylint score on the tests and keep track of it on the PR checks
