html changes

Removed all div tags and replaced with semantics: header, nav, figure, main, section, aside, article and footer as seemed appropriate

condensed repetitive classes when possible and changed to id's when appropriate based on use

added alt designations to all image and nav links for better clarity

renamed and corrected position of title in the header

css changes

redistributed commands based on compression of html classes and tags

reduced redundancy of commands

oranized commands based on element/class/id as well as where they appear in the document
