Button on click focus uses bootstrap styles instead of flat-ui

I'm not sure why but I've noticed that the underlying bootstrap styles when you click a button seem to appear instead of the nice flat-ui.cc styles. I tested this on a new meteor project with only jss:flat-ui package installed and with a few test buttons. Included is a screen grab (if it works).

I believe I may have fixed it by just removing both flat-ui and bootstrap packages and manually using the css files in my project. But I would like to use the packages. Maybe it's an issue with a new version of Bootstrap which this package relies on.
