Allow reordering of items and categories

Decouple progress from categories

Progress should not be saved in Firebase

Save progress in localStorage

A key in localStorage should always point to the key of a checklist that the user wants to track the progress of. The entire categories object with progress can then be simply stored in localStorage as well.

This would allow viewing of other checklists without their progress being tracked.

If a new list has it's progress changed, prompt the user to set that checklist as the current one, losing the save of the previous checklist.

Allow option for buying locally

Depends on issue #2

Somehow factor in a "buy locally" property...?
A currently possible way to do it would simply to have users create a "Buy Locally" category of miscellaneous items, but that is rather messy
