TPA_Census

The tpa_ephemerides directory should have the relevant PAR files used by meerpipe.
The tpa_templates directory should have the relevant standard profiles.
The updated values for RM and DM should be in tpa_rm.list and tpa_dm.list respectively.
The configuration file used by meerpipe should be tpa_census.config.
The decimation factors used by meerpipe should be listed in tpa_decimation.list.
