On Android 7, it was possible to send vibration from the app that was not active. This is not possible anymore on Android 8. Could this be fixed?

Using background vibration will be great for apps that want to get the user’s attention.
Possibility to perform vibration when the application is in the background.
I tried use Background plugin but doesn't work.
Some browsers actually support this API:

Only tested on Android devices. Everything is working fine until I use a Android 10 device. I have tested only on 2 Android 10 devices and both doesn't vibrate.
Little detail: If I click on the overwiew button (the right physic button on the bottom of the screen), the device vibrates when the app goes in background.

The tests in tests/tests.js
are all manual tests, on CI nothing is executed as a result.
This issue is with Android, and not even Google Gemini could help figure out how to get navigate.vibrate to work by adding "touchend" via "addEventListener." I feel like this will never be available on Android, and I needed this for a gimmick in one of my games.
And what is this "frame" the readme speaks of?
When I opened debug in Android studio shows me that...

Broader support for haptics and native vibration patterns. The web API is not very useful as we have no control over amplitude or waveform.
