#469ae8 is another example of a broken color on 256 color terminals.

Wow, this was not actually caused by the half-arsed heuristic, as I had assumed – the heuristic is actually not so bad at all. Actually, it was caused by a simple one-letter typo. D’oh!
@sencer – you might want to take a look at this one too.
