Balance tracker for EVM compatible chains.

This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

Getting Started

Env variables

ETH_NODE_URL

• The RPC endpoint of the EVM compatible blockchain node
• Example: http://localhost:8545

EXPLORER_API_BASE_URL

• The API URL of an etherscan like blockchain explorer
• Example: https://api.etherscan.io

EXPLORER_API_KEY

• Your API key for the etherscan explorer

You can create a .env file and paste the contets from .env.example.

Setup

• Yarn is the preferred package manager of this repository

Update yarn:

corepack enable
yarn set version stable

Install dependencies:

• The repository supports yarn Zero-Installs

yarn install

Run the development server:

yarn dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

Production build

yarn build

Deploy

• You can start to serve the build by starting a local server:

yarn run start

• Or you can export the static files:

yarn run next export

Docker

Build an image

docker build -t imageName .

Run a container

• To set the env variables, define them during runtime.

Example:

docker run -dp 3000:80 -e "ETH_NODE_URL=http://mynoderpc.app/rpc" -e "EXPLORER_API_KEY=mySecretAPIkey
