I am trying to adapt this gallery to older versions of Android using support 
library (only displaying images with GridView).

When I am loading images using AsyncTask in using custom CursorAdapter, I am 
getting OutOfMemeoryException with information that allocating memory for 
bitmap exeeds VM limits, and application crashes. 

Loading images without using AsyncTask works fine. is there some kind of bug or 
APi is not suported ?

I am using Android API 10.

There is no such a class..
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
