general structure of the Custom Scroller

      <div id="scroller"></div>
      <div id="scrollerDragger">
        <div id="scroll"></div>
      </div>
  </div>

Basic Usage

  new CustomScrollbar(document.body, 'scoller-layout-grid').init();

this return a scrollable container, so we can do something like this

  const scrollableContainer = new CustomScrollbar(document.body, 'scoller-layout-grid').init();

and append stuff to it
