Add in MakeCode

To add this repository as extension in MakeCode

1. navigate to makecode.microbit.org,
2. click on New Project,
3. click on Extensions under the gearwheel menue inthe top right corner, and
4. search for "https://github.com/antstei/ca_lnf_a-simple-counter-for-microbit-pets" and select this extension
