Improve star generation process
To make minimal distance from already generated stars, so it'll be more easy to 
end user to make choice when picking star system with touching screen

SImply identify list of possible achievements.

Implement time outs (visual count down, short out progress bar) in star system 
view. Make optional when game created. Additional achievements can be 
implemented for fast-players, or even slow pokes.

Implement default universe renderer
Integrate it with adnroid project

Add major button to main top bar
Make icons for all this buttons
