Right now, it has a constant password (bad) and communicates over plaintext even after authentication (bad).

Thank you for developing this container. My question is not an issue of the container. I was actually wondering how I can change the restart time of ibgateway?

I have passed my IB credentials and started VNC client.

I have no idea why, but apigateway is not able to connect to market data...

Just wondering because of the slight disclaimer :)

I am seeing other versions with socat and eventually I end up with an issue:

socat[537] E connect(5, AF=2 127.0.0.1:4001, 16): Connection refused

It appears it has difficulty connecting to the gateway. Just checking... is this working in a stable manner for you?

How can we change the ReadOnlyApi flag to 'no'?

Thanks for all the great work.
I have found one issue.
I have set the trading mode to paper both in ibc_config.ini TradingMode=paper and ENV TRADING_MODE paper in the Dockerfile.
However all the orders are given in live mode.
Do you have a pointer regarding this?
