Hi dear

I have keypads
use to ch558L chipset

I set up the device in win10.

It works fine in win10.

But it doesn't work on mac os.

Can you solve this problem ??

As stated in the title, i downloaded the latest driver, tried to change the led colours and now the whole keypad won't work anymore. The colours are stuck on what looks like random. I tried replugging it and switching the USB port. I tried resetting the configs via the driver and that didn't work either. I just got the keypad today so i doubt it's a soldering issue. Trying to switch the LED colours does light them up, but it doesn't solve the issue.

So i tried to change the keybindings on my 2k device, but it said the firmware was not in the latest version, so when i would click yes to update, it just sits there for hours blinking red and i have no idea why it wont update.

Keys not registering after a driver update

I've been using the AmusingPro keypad for well over two years now and just today one of the key didn't function anymore.
I tried the following:

• Re-plugged the cable/tried a different cable
• Swapped multiple switches
• Reinstalled drivers

None of them seem to have worked so I'm stuck with only one button that works. Do you think it can be fixed somehow or do I have to buy a new one?

Just updated the driver to the newest update and now it doesn't work anymore? I've tried reinstalling and installing older versions. Also switching between ports.

iPad Pro 2018 allows external keyboards with a USB-C port. However, I found that my AmusingKeypad Pro cannot work well with it.

• If I connect the keypad to iPad with a USB-C to USB-C connector, nothing will happen.
• If I connect the keypad to iPad with a USB-A dongle, the LED will show up and iPad will detect the keyboard. However, the key mapping is incorrect so that pressed keys will be different with what I have configured.

I know that AmusingKeypad mainly targets Windows PC, but osu!lazer, the upcoming version of osu!, does support iOS platform, so hopefully this product can be used on iPad.

• AmusingKeypad Pro firmware v1.3.0.9
• Configuration program v1.3.5.5
• iPad Pro 2018 running iOS 12.1.1

Back LED B3. When confirming changes on color under AnyPressFreqColor it crashes the app.

i already redownloaded the program but still nothing happens

sometime when I press the left button once, it actually pressed twice, not only in OSU, but also when you are typing on Word with osu keyboard.

Programming the backleds to "AnyPressOn" sets the backleds are always on while if you program them to "AnyPressOff" the backleds are always off.

Hello, after I downloaded the software, my keypad stopped working, please help. I pressed something wrong

My keypad used to work fine along with the amusing keypad program, but now I am no longer able to interact with the amusing keypad program. Depending on what order I connect things or activate the program one of several things happens.

1. If I connect the keypad and then click on the program, it appears on the taskbar but cannot be maximised. If you start another instance of the program you get an error. "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another program"

2. If I open the program first it appears on screen as normal and says there is no device linked. Connecting the keypad however makes the program window freeze, it cannot be moved or interacted with it also does not recognise that the device is connected.. Disconnecting the keypad allows the window to be moved again.

The functioning of the keypad is strange. The two main buttons work with the customs binds I gave them when I last go into the program. The center of the 3 additional buttons also works with the custom bind I assigned it. The outer 2 buttons do not work/have been unbound.

Can you think of any way to get this working like it used to again?

Just got my keypad and downloading the .exe file and ran it. It is stuck on device linking... I have it plugged in and it is all lit up.

I had to reinstall most of my programms, including my KeypadPro App. I wanted to rebind my keys but the most recent version just says this:

It didn't let me update the Firmware (crashed after clicking "Update to selected version" after a few seconds) and now it doesn't even let me choose a Release version.

I tried older App versions but they won't let me reconfigure my keys (which are now stuck at the factory settings).
