Migration of old data

• user should be able to add multiple tags to tasks and comments.
• easily filter by tags
• add priority to tags
• add priority to task/comment for the tag

Repeat feature should be separated from task completion, so that notifications doesn't stop until users removes them.

• Will need a cron to repeat due time for next 24 hours.

• Pomodoro length should be decided with inherited value.
