不是，基频是语音谱中两条谱线之间的距离，是声带振动的周期，而不是频率，周期与频率成反比。
1、我们是通过什么信息判断耳语语音的声调的？
我们还可以通过响度来判断声音，耳语时，语音的响度变化还是存在的，可以通过响度的判断，来进行区分。
此外，尽管没有基频，用共振峰、说话时间的长短也可以辅助我们区分判断音节。
