Better exception handling

China region correct processing
For all regions except China, the Blizzard API host name follows the format {region}.api.blizzard.com, where {region} is one of us | eu | kr | tw. We have this implemented in our SDK.
For China, the host name is gateway.battlenet.com.cn. For more information, see Regionality and APIs.
Need to add: if region is cn, then hostname is gateway.battlenet.com.cn and not {region}.api.blizzard.com.
