Rather minor...
When installing the package I get this warning

npm WARN package.json [email protected] scripts['tests'] should probably be scripts['test'].

I am trying to use the plugin in producton... and it seems that sandbox initialization

is wrong

    config.sandbox = config.sandbox || true;

The above will always evaluate to true.

It seems that this api can only be used to send payments to emails of users that

• have already a paypal account
• the paypal account is verified
• the paypal account is "business"??

You may want to mention this in the readme.
The masspay api (which contrary to the above carries some fees) doesn't have such restrictions.

Produce the module that is described in the readme

• Make sure that you add a test. (not sure how this can be tested via travis... given that paypal does not provide facilties for public testing). Unless you find a way to use travis, your test should be using the paypal sandbox credentials.
• Make sure that you follow the .jshintrc style - (if you have strong (different) preferences, feel free to adapt the .jshintrc file appropriately
• You will need to do any necessary updates to the README.md
