"CONTIG" KeyError in H12 calibration about selection-atlas

Hi @sanjaynagi, this is probably because your local GCS cache is out of date. Can you try deleting your GCS cache and running again? (It's the release config file that has changed, the contigs are now provided there rather than in the source code of the malariagen_data package. Sorry this does mean blowing away the whole cache.)

(Also btw I'll send you some info shortly on how to run the build on google cloud, which might mean you don't have to rely on running locally with GCS caching.)

Ahh, thanks @alimanfoo . I tried removing the malariagen_data cache but forgot about the gcs cache!
