Looks like this is due to the posted_timestamp on the room_post table being used both as the time the last challenge was posted to the matrix room, and when the challenge itself was posted.

We need both pieces of information. Technically we could get the latter by referencing the last posted challenge's ID, looking up the post date on reddit, and then using that.

However, if any of these challenges were deleted in the future, this would break the bot.

So, we're doing to do a migration step instead that adds the last posted challenge's post date to the database, doing a lookup during migration as the posts will likely be available for a while, but possibly not far into the future.
