新增當事人死亡的計算頁面
資料檔 query 方式
目前都在本機端執行檔案，但因為資料檔 result.pickle 有 600 多 MB，又目前的讀取方式是使用 pandas 將檔案讀到記憶體中執行，故沒有什麼免費的可以提供這麼多記憶體執行＝＝
目前應該還是先在本地端執行，之後理想的情況應該是將所有的檔案上資料庫，再將符合條件的資料 query 回來後用 pandas 處理，減少 server 負擔
增加 charts 頁面的關鍵字搜尋
目前查詢關鍵字寫死在 app.py 內的 @app.route('/charts') 裡面，要增加前台輸入欄位，並回傳到 @app.route('/charts')
