The application crashes when there is no sd card attached about anki-android

Indeed, an informative message would be nice, it happened to me a few times and I was
confused, not understanding what was the problem.

It is very easy to forget to unmount the card after copying the anki deck.

Once the user has the SD card, will Ankidroid be informed? Or we can just have a
"Retry" button. Or retry everytime the activity is brought to the forescreen?

Right now, if you start the app without sd card attached an informative message is
shown to the user and nothing crashes. You can also navigate between the different
options of the app without crashing and even reattached the sd card in the middle of
its use and, when you come back to Ankidroid Activity, the correct deck will be loaded.

We still have to decide the design and behaviour of the differents activities when
the sd card is not present. The current one is still quite provisional... a lot of
black screens and no option to refresh automatically or manually (for example, the
deck picker).

In other hand, testing this fix bug I discovered that the app still crashes when you
unmount the sd card in the middle of its use... but this will make for another issue.
