Use Heroku Release Phase rather than a custom buildpack

Thank you for the extremely helpful guide to using Rails with Heroku.

In the Debug section, you recommend using a custom buildpack. The buildpack-ruby-rake-deploy-tasks gem would now be deprecated because Release Phase is no longer in beta:

Would you now recommend using Release Phase? I ask with regards to migrations in particular. I use your fantastic strong_migrations gem so I think I will avoid this design consideration:

navigator.sendBeacon with authenticity token

Hi Ankane, I was trying the following from the shorts you have here:

It throws the following error on client side:

Promise.js:840 Unhandled rejection: TypeError: Cannot create property 'authenticity_token' on string '{"slug":"test-page-by-marvin-danig","localFlipCount":1,"time":1524241435403}'
