.env not working

I tried to use variables in .env using process.env.VAR. This resulted in an error as process.env.VAR was undefined

The page that the users get when clicked on a card in explore, needs to pull data correctly from firestore with the schema I have set.

@SiddeshSambasivam it's extremely simple to your scheme but if you could double check and make sure everything is good
