the calabash command column in checklist excel should start calabash script by taking related column as input.

N/A Icon should be added to checklist control page.

1. All test steps are done as OK
2. Test Result Icon appears for OK

Actual Result: When one of results is done as NOK, NOK icon is overlapped with OK icon.

parsed excel file should has been shown on new window.

I had to rebase the git repository. Please run the following commands to update your local repo.
