NCI-ISBI 2013 Challenge - Automated Segmentation of Prostate Structures
This project was carried out as part of the recruitment processs for a major AI company. The task was to implement a model for CG and PZ Prostate segementation on T2-weighted MR images. Project time were 7 days.
Hierarchical probabilistic 3D U-Net, with attention mechanisms (—𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘜-𝘕𝘦𝘵, 𝘚𝘌𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘕𝘦𝘵) and a nested decoder structure with deep supervision (—𝘜𝘕𝘦𝘵++). Built in TensorFlow 2.5. Configured for voxel-level clinically significant prostate cancer detection in multi-channel 3D bpMRI scans.
