[NOTES] Create redux to handle comments

Create a redux context to handle the comments, open the sidebar, and read the comments from the database and pass them to the comments list.
In this issue create a context and add the state with key "isActive" to able the commentsListPanel.

The states weren't updated simultaneously and the function import is not correct

The import has to able to

• admit only stl files

When the user clicks the "add plane" button, the plane mesh is created

[FIX] Fix visibility of objects

When the user disables the visibility of a nesh and deletes the object, the class switch to the following element.

To fix this error one solution is to force the visibility to true and then delete the element

Disable the buttons except the import button when the user open a new project

Create a panel with the list of points in the mesh, when the user clicks on the point the system opens the panel with the comments corresponding to that point
