Takes a very long time with a lot of apps.

Enable some sort of cache, show items as they load, whatever. Anything to at least make the loading pleasant.

Go through and see where you can optimize RAM usage without sacrificing speed.

Allow for choosing between several different app launch animations.

Potential Animations:

• Fade
• Zoom In
• Zoom Out
• No Animation

Allow user to set a wallpaper.

Essentially have the user be able to choose from a list of the scaleType options, but with friendly descriptions.

I want one of the main goals of this project to be keeping the APK under 1 MB. In the future, that means we will need to remove less used features / extract them to plugins.

The fast scroll bar gets worse the fewer apps you have. I may look into finding a replacement for the standard ListView and scrollbar.

On first install/update, the wallpaper setting is checked, but the wallpaper doesn't show until you toggle it. The default in preferences and in the wallpaper logic is out of sync.

Upgrade to material UI.

Update to the new Material Design. Perhaps make the list items swipeable instead of having a press & hold menu. Make sure this does not affect performance in any way.

A Google Play user suggested to add a blank page where widgets can be placed, accessible by swiping left or right.

The index only shows up after a specific amount of apps are in the list, it would be nice to have an option to have it always be visible.

Adding a simple .toLower() on the app name prior to sorting will suffice.

When I get past approximately the "D" apps, the scrollbar is already at the bottom, and keeps on flying past. It reappears normally at the very end of the list, and quick scroll to a letter is not affected by this bug.

Need some sort of loading indicator rather than a blank screen.

Makes sense to do this too if we allow app icon changing.

As of right now, new packages or deleted packages aren't being added/removed from the launcher properly. A full force close is required to see results.

App should animate away, but the launcher should already be there, and not come back in with an animation.

I'm gonna guess that this is because of the way the first letter index is built. If the first letter is a number, the character subtraction is thrown off! I'll look at it today!

When a user presses and holds on an app, a menu should appear with the options to view App Info / Uninstall.

On a Nexus S running stock 4.1.2, the Camera application does not show up in the list of apps.

Should be simple enough, we aren't using any weird permissions.

This one's pretty big, so I'll put it off for 2.1.

It would be nice to have a visual indicator for when a list item is selected/touched. This should be kept simple, perhaps taking a color from the OS's highlight colors.
