I noticed it myself. It's a tricky issue, which is why I've been postponing it for a while.
The reason I implemented this in the first place is because I wanted to auto-LinediffReset after someone quits one of the linediff windows. Unfortunately, I was met with some weird segfaulting. There is a warning on the BufUnload
event that goes:
Don't change to another buffer, it will cause problems.
So I'm assuming the :bdelete
on another buffer messes things up.
After thinking about it for a while, I managed to come up with a different solution to the problem and I pushed a commit to master that implements it. It seems to work fine in my tests, but please check it out as well and let me know if it solves the problem for you.
