Use hyperdiscovery instead of discovery-swarm

It'd be nice if we could standardize on using hyperdiscovery for dat-related code instead of building on dat-swarm-defaults and discovery-swarm each time. I think that this'll make it easier to transition to hyperswarm since any changes can be made in one place.

Additionally, adding web support to hyperdiscovery will enable us to use corestore in the browser.

Would a PR for this change be welcome?

Make level and random-access-storage pluggable

It'd be useful to be able to take arguments for the leveldb instance and the random-access-storage instance so that applications can have more control over which implementations should be used.

Would a PR for this make sense?
