Find a user-friendly way to show network errors

Network errors are currently shown as errors on the URL and token fields. These are the proper places if incorrect entries have been made in these fields, but more often than not network errors result from wrong data in the Excel sheet or even extraneous entries in YouTrack. Such errors should probably be shown on an overlay rather than on input fields.
