Consolidate for use with both node and chrome
Hmm. I think I should back up on the debugger-api approach and instead have the atom package work like a Chrome Dev Tools frontend, communicating over web sockets to the debugger. That would mean (a) a consistent interface for Chrome and Node, and (b) less (or even no) adapter code for node-inspector api.
Allow debugger *url* instead of just *port*.
