Add automove functionality

After each move, any card that can be moved to a foundation should be moved automatically.

Create Integration Test for user input to game state interaction

The most important interaction in the game is between the InputStateMachine and the GameState. The InputStateMachine parses user input, and produces command messages that the GameState uses to mutate its internal state. Right now, they are both tested independently, but there's nothing that tests the full flow: The InputStateMachine producing GameStateCommands that result in the expected GameState mutations. It would be great to have this test.

Crash when trying to move empty free cell to cascade

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start freecell
2. type "wa"

Observe message in console:

move_legality.rb:49:in `legal_cascade_move?': undefined method `rank' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)

Should be able to fix this by checking if there's a card at the free cell index given, and bail early if not.
