What's the average latency who can achieve?

The application compiled for Windows closes immediately after the start.

I use this string:
waveSendUDP.exe --chunksize 128 --chunknum 4 --device hw:0,0 --channel 2 --port 2305 192.168.1.47

Same issue using 32 and 64 bit compiled using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017.

wavePlayUDP.exe --chunksize 128 --chunknum 10 --device default --rate 48000 --channel 2 --port 2305 works fine.

I would like to compile this project on Raspbian. I downloaded the zip file into a folder and extract it and have run Cmake-gui to generate the executables in a new folder, but it is not making the executables. No errors are displayed in cmake. I only get a bunch of files in the new folder with cmake files

Is it suitable for a Raspberry Pi? What am I doing wrong.

i want to use your solution, i get the binanry files, when i try to use the commands for sending and playing audio over ip, i can't hear anything from my output, i check with wireshare, i found that the packets are sent successfully.
i already test to change the parametres with the option --device, but still same problem i hope that you can help with this problem.
