Todo App

This is a simple Todo App built with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). It allows you to add and delete tasks from a todo list.

Features

• Add a new todo item
• Delete a todo item
• Fetch and display the list of todo items from the server

Prerequisites

Before running the application, make sure you have the following installed on your system:

• Node.js
• MongoDB

Getting Started

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone <repository-url>
   
   

2.Navigate to the project directory: cd todo-app

3.Install the dependencies: npm install

4.Set up the environment variables: Create a .env file in the root directory of the project.

Define the following environment variable in the .env file: DB_STRING=

5. Start the server and client: npm run dev
