Ad 1) Unfortunately, there is no premorbid status in the database currently. The SIRS score should be easy to calculate using the available vital signs from numericitems
Ad 2) see: fluidin from the drugitems table
Ad 3) Are all numericitems. A lot of them are used in the severity scores. Please consult your referring intensivist, when struggling to find them, since the Dutch item names are the same or very similar to the English ones. Another helpful resource is SNOMED CT for finding synonyms/translations for medical terms.
